What to know before buying a cat
The cat is not a stuffed toy.

Understand that it is a living thing, and think carefully about whether you can manage it or whether you are willing to sacrifice something.
To be looked after as a member of the family for the rest of their lives.
Once you have welcomed them into your home, you must treat them responsibly!
Always provide fresh food and water. Keep the litter box clean!
Even if we are troubled by unexpected pranks, we will not abuse them!
If you think something is wrong, go to the hospital immediately (and get pet insurance).
Be sure to get vaccinated once a year.
Regular nail care and brushing can help prevent skin diseases and detect illnesses early, so be sure to do so frequently.
This is the bare minimum you need to be prepared. If you think, "Of course I can do it!", then you're ready to embark on a new life with cats!

We will provide support to help those who are considering getting a cat for the first time so that they can feel at ease.
Before entering into a sales contract, you must come to our cattery to inspect the cat in person and receive a face-to-face explanation.
However, the viewing and handover do not have to be on different days, so as long as the kitten is over 70 days old and weighs 1000g (700g for a toy bob) or more, it is possible to hand it over on the same day as the viewing. However, this may be extended depending on the kitten's growth and weaning status.
If you are far away and have already completed your tour, we will take you there at a later date and you will only be charged the highway toll (actual cost).
By making a reservation for the kitten you want beforehand, you will be able to come and see it at the time of delivery. (By making a reservation, you pay a deposit, and we will not introduce the kitten to anyone else.)

Visiting does not mean you have to buy, so if you just want to take a look, please don't hesitate to ask.
Once you contact us, we will discuss the date and time to book your tour.
Online tours are available on most days after 5:30 p.m.
(Only viewing the property online does not mean you have seen it in person, so please use this only as a reference when deciding whether or not to visit in person.)
Please take your time to look at the kittens.
If you visit the cattery, you will also be able to see the parents and siblings.
Please take a look at many other kittens besides the one you are looking for.
You can actually see the kitten and if it is not yet for sale, you can change it.
* To prevent infectious diseases, please refrain from visiting other catteries or pet shops when visiting our cattery.
In case of inquiries from afar.
If you are planning to go to Nagano, please choose the pet you would like to adopt from the videos and photos.
Of course, you can also take a look at the website.
You will decide on a kitten and specify where you would like to adopt it, such as Osaka or Hokkaido.
You will be able to meet and pick up the kitten through the local breeder.
Please also sign the contract there.
In that case, additional charges will apply.
In addition to the cost of the animal, you will also need to pay for transportation to the site (and air freight if air freight is required).

Please transfer the remaining balance for the animal and transportation costs by three days before delivery.
When you pick up your pet, you will be required to pay a fee of 20,000 yen directly to the breeder who handled your pet.
Only direct flights departing from Haneda, Matsumoto, Niigata and Toyama airports are available.
The deposit must be at least one-third of the animal's price (cash, bank transfer, credit card, cash on delivery).
Once you pay the reservation fee, we will not accept any other inquiries.
Pickup or delivery.
We will only come to pick up and deliver items to those who have already visited the property.
For deliveries, those who live far away will only be charged the highway toll, but those who live nearby (within an hour's drive) will receive the delivery free of charge.
The remaining balance will be paid after the transfer is confirmed if you are paying by bank transfer, or at the time of delivery if you are paying in cash.
We also offer air freight. [15,000 to 20,000 yen] *Please note that you must have already visited the museum beforehand.
If the covered cat dies of illness within 30 days of adoption, we will provide a kitten of the same breed and the same quality at our expense. In this case, please be sure to submit a veterinarian's certificate regarding the death.
If the covered cat dies of illness within 60 days of adoption, we will provide you with a kitten of the same breed and equivalent size at half the selling price.
Once you have taken your pet to the veterinarian, please let us know the situation.
The guarantee is for the provision of a replacement cat, and does not cover medical expenses or monetary compensation. The seller has the right to investigate the guarantee for one month after the guarantee expires, and if fraudulent claims are discovered, the seller may claim the appraised value of the substitute cat and the expenses incurred in investigating and recovering it from the owner.
The following are excluded from life insurance:
- Death due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of the owner
- Deaths due to not receiving vaccinations to prevent infectious diseases
Death if not treated by a veterinarian
-Accidental death, escape, and theft.
- If a false statement is made when claiming for warranty.
At our cattery, we provide free pet insurance from Anicom, which can be used for one month from the day of delivery.
・A TICA or CFA pedigree is required (free of charge).
The first two doses are free. *The third dose of the triple vaccine will incur an additional 5,000 yen (tax included).
